      Great place to start

      Pros

      Schedules are great. Nobody is tracking where you are in the plant or what time you arrive.

      Cons

      Very low pay. You will make more money anywhere else you go. Most people don’t stick around for very long so there isn’t many resources since everyone is pretty much new.

      Pros

      A few smart and capable employees manage to hold things together, barely. Opportunities for advancement if you know the right people and are in the right cliques (so this is obviously a con)

      Cons

      The merger was a study in incompetence. Two organizations with supposed complementary strengths got together and managed to lose the best parts of themselves. The company’s leadership is having an identity crisis trying to figure out what and who they want to be, and it’s those at the working level paying the price and fighting battles everyday that shouldn’t be theirs to fight. Wait for the dust to settle a few years before coming to work here, unless you want about 10 hurdles to jump through to get what should be simple tasks done.
