      Bad Employees Stay = Good Employees Go

      Local Management does a great job working with drivers and applying common sense.

      Cons

      Upper Management could care less about anyone in the field. They talk the talk on safety, quality, customer service, but rarely walk the walk.

      You will gain knowledge of how the employees should not be treated.

      Cons

      Toxic culture. HR have the "We do not want to be bothered" attitude. This company really does not care about the employees. THEY HAVE ZERO INTEGRITY. The VP is allowed to hire friends who are not qualified to do the job and lack experience. It is a shame - NuCO2 was a great company to work for before Praxair took over and it will never be the same. The employees are dropping like flies and no one seems to care.
