No salary mishaps, annual bonus

Cons

Company managed by Excel, every employee is disposable, regardless of rank, experience or knowledge. The are critical transparency issues, internal communication is all over the place. Goal setting and employee evaluation is messy, at best. Management can have all the teams sprinting one way now and the opposite way next week, there is a general sense of lack of strategic vision. Long hours are expected.
