      Different Standards

      Pros

      Money was good, also the pension plan that carried over from BOC was good.

      Cons

      Different rules for different drivers. The same rules for say a 20 yr seniority driver where different for less seniority drivers. Case in point... Truck leaves the yard and returns with a $10,000 scrape along the tank, driver 1 says he missed it on his pre-trip. Nothing done. Driver 2 backs into a customer fence causing under $25 damage, gets three days off. Difference? Driver 1 had 25 yrs experience. Driver 2 had under 12.

      Awful company

      Pros

      I personally worked at a great individual center with a good boss & good employees. That was about it. When I first started, I liked the company but it quickly turned awful. Unfortunately, I reported to a separate boss for my division.

      Cons

      one of the worst jobs I've ever had. be prepared to work tons of overtime, expected to do weekends & have little to no help. screaming patients constantly due to wrong shipments from the central warehouse, or wrong benefits quoted at the central warehouse. head management was no help - never changed any policies & made horrible new ones despite them not working at all. Very sneaky & unethical as well on many things. I am SO happy I left that horrible job.
