I really enjoy the responsibility and the great impact I get, I enjoy the work environment that is surrounded by very smart and professional people who challenge my way of thinking And my ability to deal with a wide range of projects and capabilities

Great people, great product, great customers

Pros

I love working on problems I can relate to. LinearB deals with pains I've seen first hand as developer and manager throughout my career. It also doesn't hurt to be in a white hot market, fast growing team and great customers that give us honest and constructive feedback

Cons

Still lots to solve, growth is challenging, and we don't get to see the US half of the team as often as we should
