Cons

Sales is led by poor leadership, most reps have no idea how to get the companies message to prospects. Leadership is all over the place and will constantly blame you for their mistakes. CRO aka VP of Sales doesn't know how to manage a sales team or a sales process. Selling outsourced development is not hard but the support system from management is terrible.

Free lunch and that's it.

Cons

Communication is nonexistent. When you first start working here you're excited. However, after a few months to a year (if you last that long), you're unhappy. They dispose of employee like trash, don't stop your job search when you work here!

Everyone at this company is unhappy- sales, marketing, product- there was an undercurrent of employees all openly acknowledging how unhappy everyone was and no one was being set up for success
