Great leadership team, awesome perks, thorough training, genuine care from management, management willing to take on survey feedback and actually make changes. I was really proud to work at LinkedIn and can only see positive progress in it's future.

Cons

Nothing in terms of the people, best crew of intelligent and hard workers I've ever worked with. Product lagged compared to competitors, price of product meant it was a really difficult sell.
