Pros

Overall still pay well, market rate for big tech (less than Meta but higher than others). Great perks, cafe, and office facilities Still maintains LinkedIn InDays (1 day/month off), July 4th and Christmas shutdowns (1 week off each)

Cons

Has a lot of smart, motivated, people that have been ground down by the corporate machine and are not performing at their top potential anymore. Stressful, execs want us to get more done with fewer resources Can be very political depending on what team you're on. Some execs are very competent and energized. Others have been there for too long and are just taking minimal risks to not get fired.

Pros

Nice Campuses. Good Food. Smart people. Generally friendly.

Cons

Fake. This was once a kind Company. Leadership changed and it's stab-you-in-the-back and fake now. Leaders here are generally fake and only care about themselves and how they appear. Ruthless and cut-throat.
