Pros

Free food, but dwindling quality.

Cons

Toxic culture, poor management. Projects generally do not yield anything useful and many times get cancelled. What gets done usually does really work but it is just used by managers and directors to give the impression of achievement. Many parts moved to India and layoff of US work force. I think this is mostly a drag on MSFT profits and should eventually be absorbed or disbanded, sooner rather than later. Does not make sense to keep an aging infra in a cloud company that could run the service at much lower cost.
