Pros

Great perks and benefits (moreso if you go into the office) Good people, smart, largely easy to work with/learn from Strong products and brand name recognition

Cons

LinkedIn seems to have lost its way post-pandemic. There is a lack of leadership presence, both literally and figuratively. While all of the benefits and the office and a lot of the people are good to work with, it no longer compensates for below average salary and a lackluster culture.

Pros

Was a great place to work. Benefits were top tier. Training was not that great. Hard to get out of support.

Cons

The layoffs. No job security. Always concerned layoffs would occur.
