Pros

Great benefits, health insurance, lifestyle annual bonuses, student loan repayment

Cons

Over the past couple of years quotas have become unattainably high, even the most experienced reps are working twice as much for half the bonus. Also, upward mobility out of SDR is increasingly tougher because AE/AD managers are wanting to hire only those with closing experience due to the increased quota demands

Pros

Good health care, relaxed and positive environment.

Cons

low salaries, and very little opportunity for growth once you are in, Lot's of perks are being removed, and managers never take their employees side, always side with company.
