Pros

In the good days, amazing work-life balance. The work was easy. More a place to rest and vest than to actually work so look elsewhere if you’re ambitious.

Cons

Culture went down the drain and Ryan has no business strategy. The leadership are grasping at straws, changing direction every quarter. It’s a place of “yes people” and you’ll face backlash if you don’t play that game.
