Pros

* Excellent comp, particularly due to healthy MSFT RSU grants * Renowned free food on site

Cons

* Antiquated and bespoke technology: you'll learn less portable knowledge working here versus similar large tech companies * Management fails pays lip service but fails to live up to company values. When the hard times come, the claws come out. Kindness here runs only skin deep. * Dubious ethics: Quiet Firing of middle managers happened in 2023 until the actual layoff rounds came for Engineering.
