I work with great people, I rarely work over 40 hours a week. I enjoy my job day to day.

Cons

Economic times are tough and the workforce is feeling it. Crackdowns by leadership on client meetings, RTO, and layoffs. Challenging quotas. Feels tumultuous at the moment as I imagine it probably is at other tech companies right now.
