Pros

Used to have a great culture. LinkedIn used to be a place with great work life balance - no more. The company used to trust employees to work remote and get work done - no more. LinkedIn has been going downhill for at least 18 months and seems as if it will only get worse from here.

Cons

No pay increase for two years No strategy No leadership No vision No respect for employees

Pros

Decent pay, remote-work support, good company mission.

Cons

No raises or RSU refreshers for most in the last year (even for RSU cliffs), remote-work support eroding toward RTO, constantly changing priorities, clueless leadership.

Pros

Great benefits, health insurance, lifestyle annual bonuses, student loan repayment

Cons

Over the past couple of years quotas have become unattainably high, even the most experienced reps are working twice as much for half the bonus. Also, upward mobility out of SDR is increasingly tougher because AE/AD managers are wanting to hire only those with closing experience due to the increased quota demands
