      Pros

      - Colleagues are very smart, hard working and happy to help - 401K match

      Cons

      - Compensation. It’s 50/50. Quotas are ridiculously high enough that about 15% reps are hitting. If SOP’s forecasts incorrectly, the burden falls on employees in terms of compensation. The base is unlivable. - No training or development - you are expected to figure it out on your own. Sink or swim mentality. Lots of pressure and micromanaging. - Work Life Balance is terrible. With high expectations it’s tough. - Lack of clarity from leadership

      Pros

      There are some interesting challenges and you can really shine as an engineer if you are ambitious.

      Cons

      Executives are all over the place. They come up with mediocre ideas and act like they are geniuses. And after 1 year they find some new big idea which throws the previous big hype to trash.

      Pros

      Benefits and pay are good but besides that, avoid it.

      Cons

      I only speak of customer service and MS because that's where I worked. However I would steer clear. They hired a manager that didn't even know how to do the job. They put me in a position where I was by myself with barely any support and expected me to learn everything with no support. To make matters worse, that same manager never told HR that I had received a diagnosis of Bipolar. So much for being an inclusive company
