Pros

The benefits are are bar none and they feed you lunch on a daily basis. The people that you work with are generally outstanding.

Cons

There is no job security at all at LinkedIn. They are laying people off every few months. They feed breakfast, lunch and snacks to all employees but did not cut any of that, instead, cut hard working people who care about doing things right and proven dedicated to the company. Their moral has tremendously changed in the last year and I would not be associated with such a company ever again.

Pros

LinkedIn offered a lot of work-life balance support, with great benefits.

Cons

To align with economic strategies, LinkedIn had two major layoffs start of COVID and "post"-COVID . The most recent layoff came after introduction of chat-bot customer support features, forcing employees to work multiple live chats at a time, and an increase in cross-training employees across different product support teams to "flex" as "One LinkedIn". I began to feel less supported as an individual, and more like a number for productivity.
