11yWe always appreciate feedback, because we can utilize this information to make any and all necessary organizational changes to avoid losing great resources in the future. Links does make every effort to stay in touch with our folks in the field; however, we are a company who believes in keeping our resource overhead as low as possible so that we are able to offer our employees the best rates possible. While larger firms have a number of representatives who are dedicated to visiting consultants in the field, taking them to lunch/dinner, etc., Links realizes that all of those niceties come at a cost that ultimately impacts the take-home pay of the folks who serve as the lifeblood of our organization. We prefer keeping the cost of employment low, so that we can place the additional money in THEIR pockets.
