Zero career growth whatsoever in my 8+ yrs of employment. Not a sales run organization, zero collaboration between Sales & Mktg and Sales Managers that don't have a sales background and should not be Team Managers, There were many instances of disrespect, hostility and demeaning language from Manager to IC. They never offered any career advancement opportunities and would hire outside the team when a Manager was needed, at times hiring a very demeaning male Sales Manager to lead the team of all female IC's when they could have just promoted one of the tenured female IC's instead but of course that opportunity was never proposed.

CEO's ideas for what makes a company great change with the tides, and it's never about good company culture. You are absolutely expected to work 50+ hours a week and on vacations under the often direct threat of layoffs. At the C-Level, there are 2 really fantastic human beings, the rest—most—are just mean, angry, and vindictive, protecting each other and advocating for no one else.
