Pros

Challenging work environment that keeps you busy, you get to work on some really impactful projects, and you get to work with really awesome people. Get to work with a very diverse, international community of people from all backgrounds.

Cons

Members and communities are global and you can get contacted to help them 24x7x365... you need to find ways to step away from work and turn off the notifications.
