The compensation is decent but the leadership is much to be desired, a handful of good people to work with

Unrealistic expectations, poor communication, and a bit of a good old boys club.

Great benefits, some really great people

Cons

Bad leadership, lack of healthy strategy. Rips and replaces entire teams every 6 months. Treats men pretty well; women less so.
