Pros

Getting to work with a diverse community all over the world, international travel, collaborating with a top-tier team and community, learning and growing in my role (with promotions) and the incredible benefits (full 401k match) and unlimited PTO (which they encourage / support you taking) all make this a job I've stayed at for years.

Cons

Working in tech can be very demanding/stressful, but I, personally, feel that exists everywhere these days and the pros heavily outweigh the cons here.
