Pros
Best health benefits I've ever had, they paid for 100% of med insurance, for me AND my spouse. Plus 100% matching, paid for much of phone and internet. And there are really smart people earnestly doing good work are there, but you have to look for them.
Cons
CEO's ideas for what makes a company great change with the tides, and it's never about good company culture. You are absolutely expected to work 50+ hours a week and on vacations under the often direct threat of layoffs. At the C-Level, there are 2 really fantastic human beings, the rest—most—are just mean, angry, and vindictive, protecting each other and advocating for no one else.
