Great company but you only stay and progress if You live within commutable distance of Huntingdon.

Great salary, great business system, impressive building and offices. Good product but high price !

Cons

Leadership team lack connection with the workforce and a real outlook on what is achievable but overstretch constantly due to corporate pressure. Extremely margin hungry to the point of greed on consumable items ... 500% not unusual Impossible to progress or build a career as a remote worker unless you are ready and willing to commute to the office regularly.

Inept management (not all!). Some going through the motions in an effort to climb the ladder. Poor communication.

Great team to work with. I feel like a valued member of staff. Great benefits package. Supports local charities through fundraising events for associates. Good on site facilities. Good location. Great support network.
