Pros

Really good benefits and well being initiatives, warm and friendly and nice offices in a great location near Cambridge. Small Co culture but part of the amazing Danaher Group, so you get the best of both worlds.

Cons

Recruitment could be faster from start to finish.

Small company where it's easy to gain experience in many different departments Possible to have high impact Promotion options for the ambitious

Cons

Management not realistic in achievable targets The company hires intelligent staff and then treats them like children Teams are only staffed to a skeletal level

Pros

A nice working environment in a medium sized company that has financial security as part of a Fortune 500 company. Good benefits, bonus scheme and potential for advancement for the right person.

Cons

None that I can think of but you need to enjoy having stretched targets and goals and adapt to change.
