Pros

Some flexibility in work location and time, multi-cultural people and environment if you like it

Cons

Beaurocracy that disturbs productivity and efficiency, Senior mgmt not understanding production, Minimum communication from mgmt to production, Too much admin in production, Non-value add activities, No or very limited raise opportunity (i.e. no raise for several years, raise is small like $1,000 in 5 years)

Pros

They offer good exposure to a variety of platforms and tools. All the latest industry CAT tools are included. Coverage of a wide rage of accounts. The environment is vibrant and multilingual. Apart from core hours, work hours are quite flexible..

Cons

Pace of projects can be stressful. You may have to deal with more projects that you may have time for. Overtime is not paid. Benefits package could be better. Employee turnover is high. Compensation could be better.
