All work and very little pay

Pros

Flexible schedule, good people who are very accommodating and quick to lend a hand and a kind word when you need it

Cons

Not one single upper management decision maker has any clue to to handle any employees. There has been zero salary movement in years, even though the publicly traded company has had good numbers recently. The work and the training just gets piled on without any reward at the end of the road.

flexibility, work-life balance, sufficient technology to get things done, vacation time, people generally nice

Cons

repetitive work, no room for growth, although these are the problems with many similar companies in the field

Fun environment, steady work. Good operations manager but lives in Colorado. Company cares about the employees

Cons

HR does nothing but investigate rumors, you would think they have better things to do. Low Pay. Difficult customer.
