      Pros

      I have an awesome manager, which is probably why I have stayed so long. Great work environment and friendly co-workers.

      Cons

      No real opportunities for growth. Raises seem only for some employees. Benefits seem too expensive for what we get. No tuition reimbursement. Doesn't seem to have proper communication between upper management and employees.

      Pros

      Learned many testing skills. Learned a lot about working with people of different cultures. Enjoyed working with the people on my teams.

      Cons

      Employees are often treated as resources. Have worked hard to win a contract to only have the contract sent overseas.

      Pros

      Smart people with poor execution and planning. Very retroactive to market conditions and not innovative, except in Marketing. That; they know how to do.

      Cons

      The cons here are very simple. This starts with a top down analysis of management roles and charters. Then move to market strategy that is innovative not just reactive. Too many customers asking for one service and get a horribly wrapped other service.
