Pros

Very flexible and the work is easy, although a bit mind numbing. Pays well.

Cons

Work can be a bit inconsistent -- you may not be able to get 10 hours some weeks. 20 hour max, which may cause issues for some.

This is a flexible remote job with decent pay. They have an extensive database which is helpful for workers.

Support requires patience, but is improving. Work is not always plentiful.
