      Pros

      Flexibility with working hours, you can really work whenever hour you need to, and the job I did was completely remote (working from home). The work is fairly easy to learn how to do.

      Cons

      Their "guidelines" change often, which wouldn't be a problem if they told you before they graded you (they grade you on your work every month). However, it feels like they grade you and then let you know you're doing poorly based on rules they just changed and did not notify you about. Though, the worst aspect was the total lack of communication. I never once actually spoke to someone at Lionbridge - all communication was done over email. Poorly, at that. When there was an issue, they would take 3-5 days to respond. I was let go via a do-not-reply email inbox that was so, so impersonal after three years at the company. Very disheartening.

      Pros

      I love the flexibility of being able to do as much or as little work you need or able, Decent pay for a work from home job, tasks are pretty simple, good flow of work. Nice when they pass out bonuses!

      Cons

      Pay is once per month and that is tough, the time sheet and logging minutes is a bit confusing, wish you can take on more than one position
