The Management is becoming biased day by day. The management seems to be biased and favor only those whom they like. Great for people who can talk with their manager for hours., take credit for someone's work. you can be rewarded with opportunities ONLY if you are managers favorite. All the good work is outsourced here to contractors, You always need to prove your worth unfortunately all your hard work will be overshadowed/ learning opportunities are always directed towards contractors even if they are not efficient enough. Beware of monsters sitting in Dublin they will sweet talk in front of you and rob you from behind. Indian management will always keep mum on this. Their priorities are different.
