      A bit of a mess

      Pros

      Depends on the team, but I love the people I work with. I work in a fun industry and have been able to make great connections.

      Cons

      Compensation is laughable, even for an entry-level position. It barely covers living in LA. I’m overworked and underpaid, and there are no growth opportunities on my team. This is a thankless position, you get no recognition or even acknowledgment sometimes. I find it difficult to stay motivated outside of my paycheck to eat (lunch hour is NOT paid) and pay rent.

      Pros

      So many to name. Great people, great leaders, great everything. Anyone would be lucky to work here for any role. Every department has great people and I haven’t heard of anyone being unhappy where they are. No one leaves! If they do, they come right back.

      I really cannot think of any right now.
