Opportunity to work with different functional groups gives broad exposure. Rich environment for learning. Management is hands off.

Cons

Over reliance on following procedures even when they are not applicable. Creates unnecessary work, slows down small projects

Many opportunities to take on additional responsibilities. The work allows you to work with teams across the globe and you have much leeway to make decisions and learn from your mistakes.

Cons

It can be a pressure cooker as you are faced with challenging projects, while being involved in parallel initiatives and expanding responsibilities.

A good job to come in and do your time. Very flexible with time and some working from home.

Cons

Management was not visible. Seems to be you were there to make them money and they were not interested in you but as a hourly worker.
