Pros

Working from home; ability to set own hours, take (unpaid) extra breaks if needed which is helpful as I am disabled. Bonus hours and bonuses offered if extra hours are met and quality. Some of the content is personalised, optional, and they will ask your interests and try to have you rate content you are interested in,

Cons

Sometimes I take longer on tasks especially if it is topics that are interesting to me. Im in 3 weeks still learning and getting close to my goals, but tasks still take me longer than allowed.

Sinking Ship with the world's most toxic and pompous leadership

Pros

great products to learn about even though it's within a tough industry. Personally, I am blessed to have learned and be mentored by one of the smartest and most knowledgable people in this business. She was/ is truly the backbone of the company.

Cons

The workplace is full of negative ambiguity and poorly sugar coated lies. Upper management will never be honest with you and the CEO will just answer any/ all of your questions with a belittling irrelevant sports metaphor (if he even gives you the time of day at all). People are not appreciated here. They blind side people with letting them go for ridiculous reasons and then just expect the mess they created to be cleaned up magically. HR is a joke at Lionbridge and should NEVER be trusted. You're better off emailing the company alias on your thoughts than confiding in HR. I've worked within several departments and teams in the company and although there were some comparable improvements, they are all part of the toxic sinking ship.

Thank you for taking the time to express your frustration. We value transparency and direct communication. We would never ask anyone to post a review, and certainly would never want anyone to write anything about the company that wasn't authentic - Lionbridge CEO
