Pros

Work from home, decent pay, set your own hours. No supervision, occasional bonuses and extra hours. easy to multitask and watch netflix or listen to an audio book while working.

Cons

Took forever to get hired, had to study and pass an exam that took about 10 hours to go over the material and take the test, all unpaid. Limited to 20 hours a week, sometimes no tasks are available but it didn't happen to often. Unpaid (optional) training webinars after hired.

DO NOT take a job with onDemand...

Pros

I worked at onDemand and at first it seemed like a great place. They make it out to be this really cool, laid-back environment and management paints this pretty picture for you about the culture and values. I'm here to tell you - don't be fooled. Management is TERRIBLE. The management is petulant and if they are in a bad mood, you better watch out. The world revolves around this person. Could use a huge overhaul in management skills, and so could the two managers currently under this person. There is huge favoritism shown to certain employees and no direction or feedback given to those who are not in the "favorite" circle.

Cons

-VERY petty work environment -HORRENDOUS managers who think they are hot stuff and are a gift to the world -Hardly any room for advancement unless you suck up to the management -Poor pay/commission structure

Pros

Hours, On-site gym and that's about it..

Cons

Just about everything. This Company is emotionally draining. If you say anything about wanting change or speak up against something you will have rumors spread about you like a wild fire. Lies are told about people from Leads and Main Management and HR. They promote people with little to no experience and favoritism is huge. They would rather promote people who smell and have holes in their clothes then pick someone who tried to make a difference and better the company. Their choices in Leads and process techs are poor. They choose people who are unprofessional and belittle other operators. This company is like a giant succubus they will make you feel worse and worse and steal your positive light until you just go crazy. No wonder the turnover rate is so high. Working there for longer then a year, I have seen first hand how bad this management issue has become over the years. The current management is horrible. They don't care about you or your opinion on things unless it makes them money or its dirty details about someone. They have the Leads tell them everything that goes on, on the floor so they don't have to get off their fat butt and actually get to know their employees. I guess higher management is okay with having someone who cusses at employees and physically hits people with materials in charge. But they fail to realize that the Leads are rude and manipulative. It's sad that someone in their 40s will do such things for a position in such a bad company. Anyone that is doing better then them, they will find a way to sabotage. Pay sucks too. Benefits are decent but you have to pay a lot out of pocket. Word of advice: If by chance you start working there do not try to make a difference. Do not trust anyone because it's not only management that's bad there are a lot of people that work there that are just as bad. If you want to get promoted make sure you send a bunch of emails about fake things other Operators are doing wrong to the Leads so the Leads can run to daddy and tell him all these lies. And prepare to get your nose dirty. Whatever you do. DO NOT SHOW ANY SIGN OF HAVING AN OPINION. May the odds be ever in your favor..
