      Pros

      Most enjoyed the opportunity to work with a committed and hard working group of peers around the world - generally a very supportive and knowledgeable group. It's the people I missed the most after I left. Benefits were good - healthcare, etc, 401k and vacation (5 weeks after 5 years - though difficult to take 5 weeks every year with workload and expectations).

      Cons

      Few opportunities for career advancement, generally low pay, often overburdened delivery teams - project teams often 'maxed out' and expected to stay until the work was done so long hours with no additional compensation creating stressfu/''burnout' situations.

      Pros

      Good location, near Penn Station, Herald Square, Times Square, the Madison Square Garden, Macy's, Lord & Taylor and lots of other reasonably priced stores.

      Cons

      The pay is low when you live in New York, but since the commute out of town is very easy, all you have to do is buy or rent outside the city.

      Pros

      you have the chance to learn alot, alot of meetings, alot of training on new tools and techniques. you get alot of exposure to the industry.

      Cons

      you work way too much. over 60 hours a week is normal. not family friendly. they prefer to hire single kids in their 20s
