Pros

If you are an introvert, like to be left alone rotting in your own cubicle, come and work here! If playing office politics is your favorite past time hobby, they'll love to have you onboard. If you have hearing problems you'll enjoy working here because managers here like to yell at people, literally yelling! Free coffee!!!

Cons

It doen't matter how well you had done your job before, once you make a little mistake, they just fire you. To cut cost, they like to fire "under-performed" people but in fact, no performace reviews or warning had ever been given, I guess they bet on those people would never consult a lawyer.

Pros

- Although it originally looked like it might be just another internet-based employment scam, Lionbridge is a completely legitimate business - Work whenever you have time - Pay is pretty good for this type of job

Cons

- The performance of day-to-day operations in their headquarters is terrible. Lots of mistakes and extremely poor communication. Management has to do a lot of damage control. - After a mistake is made that affects you, you will be ignored. You have to make a lot of noise to get forwarded to a manager who is capable of helping you. - Don't expect a problem to get solved after you've gone to the trouble of dealing with it once - the same exact problem is likely to occur next time.
