taken over by unilever, good benefits, majority remote, free lunch.

Cons

Just implemented a promotion policy, but still rare opportunities for growth. Performative diversity prob 3% people of color working internally, but want to be in BIPOC and LATINX households No investment in current employees internal structure needs work very chaotic . Hard to implement processes
