Lots of great employee benefits, cool to be part of what they're doing for the world

Cons

Burnout - certain department heads just don't care about people on a human level even after years of people speaking up Company wide loss of motivation for work after years of circular conversations never leading to a decision regarding brand direction. This manifested as the same work starting and stopping over and over.

There are some really great/kind people. Benefits are fairly good (no premium for insurances, stipends, etc.).

Cons

Pay would be decent (if I did the job I actually signed up for). Promotions and ratings are based off of favoritism. Lack of clarity on responsibilities and accountability so the blame game is very common. Lack of collaboration efforts so feedback is never really heard and implemented. Constant shifting priorities, making it difficult to focus and execute effectively. Lots of burnout across teams due to poor leadership, crazy workloads, and lack of support. A lot of encouragement for leaders to say yes to look good to just dump work on their reports.
