      Just a body shop calling itself a consulting company

      Pros

      Might be OK if you live locally, and don't want a consultant career.

      Cons

      They try to market themselves as a consulting company, but once you're in, they have no trouble sending you to clients far from home, with no intention of paying expenses.

      Not the place for long term employment

      Pros

      Somewhat flexible work environment. Expanding client offerings by acquiring new companies (ex: Annik Technology Services).

      Cons

      HR is terrible to work with. Pay is low compared to other firms. Exec teams focus is not on the people, it's on growth and margins. Would never recommend anyone I know to work here.

      Pros? The engagements are short with no hope of follow-up work. Turnstile, revolving door.

      Cons

      Serious lack of any strategic direction. Solutions packaged before the engagement even start. Upper Management quality assurance non-existent.
