Above average starting Salary, Well written employee handbbok,Good for short term stop over

Cons

Below average salary growth, Expensive medical plans, PTO and billing targets doesn't go together, end of project generally is the end of employment, managers doesn't read/follow HR policies, HR is under staffed/takes long time to resolve issues.

Pros

Good at getting people busy with assignments. Low bench time.

Cons

Watch your career growth. They will place you on assignments that don't match what you want to do. Most managers only care about how much you bill and contribute to company revenue. They sit down with you to talk about career path or goals. Bad benefits. No 401k matching, high health insurance premium, vacations you can not take because they have to meet billing goals, etc.

Will keep you employed until you are not billable

Cons

Management are an abusive bunch of small minded folks. They don't understand the core of their business which is to provide value to their clients. They scrub the boards to find candidates and they don't do anything to vet them out. Paycheck will sometimes be held back bc they have tremendous cash flow issues. Do not pay for expenses yourself because they will not be reimbursed.
