Pros
1. Work life balance 2. You will be treated like gem if you are on billing project. 3. Increment is little bit good then IT industry standards but not that good but at least you can reach double digit if your performance is good. 4. Company have good projects and clients which are working on some latest technologies. You have to be lucky enough to get those projects. 5. Iteration rate was less previously but don't know now as I had seen many resignations in last 2 years. 6. No employee politics.
Cons
1. You will have to ask for promotions, they say that they consider it after 2 years of joining but you have to ask for it. 2. If you have good salary and you are not on billing project then your countdown for getting pink slip starts, not instantly but better be alert. 3. Salary is not as per market standards. 4. Onsite opportunity was less, but after Donald Trump its very less as they are filling very less visas. 5. They realize your importance only after putting papers only when you are billed on any project and some what they will then pay you good.
