      Senior management has a specific and well thought out plan for future success in the digital transformation industry. We continue to build upon our strong solutions, strategies, project management and next-generation solutions (cloud, App Dev, etc.)

      Cons

      As an employee in the resource management field, I see the need for continued improvement in employee engagement and communication. This is a prevalent theme in our industry and something many companies continually look to improve.

      Hiring managers don't contact you at all You will be kicked off almost immediately when your assignment is over They give you paycheck just once for MONTH! Expenses are not compensated 401K plan is not paid by the company side

      Joined as Associate Technical Manager, but senior management in Hyderabad was used as developer

      Salary payment is punctual Work Life balance is good

      Cons

      1. Senior management don't know how to use senior resource (like > 13 years). 2. No proper task assignment based on the seniority and previous role played by the resource. 3. Groupism is more at senior level positions who actually runs the show/entire resources of the project/account. 4. Even I worked as Project Manager for 3+ years in US MNC company before joined this company, they used me as developer. I was laid off after 1 year with out assigning any managerial /technical managerial activities So, I suggest not to join in this company as senior level positions (i.e. Managerial).
