      Lck of corporate trategic planning. They don't know what strategic direction to take. They hire people for one engagement and then let them go. No career planning.

      Might be OK if you live locally, and don't want a consultant career.

      Cons

      They try to market themselves as a consulting company, but once you're in, they have no trouble sending you to clients far from home, with no intention of paying expenses.
