Poor Place to Work if You're Female or a Solution Person (Not a Staff-Aug Consultant)

Has some very bright people and a good local reputation Company was growing fast and it was exciting to be part of something growing Paid well and benefits were decent
Cons
Bit of a boys' club, in fact I've never heard so many f-bombs dropped in the workplace and certainly never expected that from so many partner-level people. Some day they are going to get sued because it can be a very hostile place to work, especially if you have an opinion about anything. This company needs to decide what it wants to be when it grows up - they were hiring a lot of solutions-oriented people and then putting them to work billing in any gig they could find, whether it was a fit for their skills or not. Seemed as though they wanted to grow but were not willing to put any investment into it.
