Business Outlook
Pros
Well organized company with a solid business model, big accounts, competent leadership, fun company events. There is a lot of brain power. Leadership genuinely cares about employee satisfaction. Paid time off is generous and the medical plan is average.
Cons
Given the size of the company and the earnings it has recently achieved, reworking the bonus plan so that it is based on company performance and accessible to all would now be appropriate. Some form of 401(k) matching would be a nice gesture as well.
