Lck of corporate trategic planning. They don't know what strategic direction to take. They hire people for one engagement and then let them go. No career planning.

* They provide each of their associates with a good, desktop-replacement quality laptop to use for learning new technologies. * Good compensation

Cons

* Lousy leave benefits (15 days PTO/yr includes sick & vacation) * The promises of great technical opportunities don't match up with the reality * If you're a Microsoft developer, it'd better be Sharepoint, because they don't have a whole lot of other interesting MS development work
