Somewhat flexible work environment. Expanding client offerings by acquiring new companies (ex: Annik Technology Services).

Cons

HR is terrible to work with. Pay is low compared to other firms. Exec teams focus is not on the people, it's on growth and margins. Would never recommend anyone I know to work here.

Typical small-mid size SI, clawing it's way to survive

Pros

LH is a typical small to mid-size regionally focuses systems integrator with a splash of strategy. LH is a great company, as long as you are billable. By great, I mean that you are left alone and not micro-managed. They bring you in at a very good salary. The benefits are in line with most small to mid-tier regional SI's. The definitely do the best that they can, given the cards they are dealt.

Cons

Once in, you will not see any bonuses or pay raises, regardless of performance. You will be at a client site billing as much as possible. There will be no opportunities for training, career growth, a new assignment, etc.
