Pros

They have good clients. Probably because they take fixed rate contracts, so they staff it with a few competent people and a ton of offshore people who barely know how to log in.

Cons

They will insist you sub contract with some sham LLC formed by four of their buddies. That place will insist you bill only once a month, and wait a month to get paid. then at the end of your contract they won't pay the last invoice, regardless of the timesheets signed off by the client. It's an old scam, seen it many times before. This place is a straight up scam, they should be prosecuted under RICO statutes.

Pros

May be a couple of years long term contract with one of their clients.

Cons

Absolutely a staffing augmentation company that does not care about it's employee's welfare. If you are on Bench they will make you almost feel you are out of the company. Do not invest your career with this company, selling your skill for top rate / hourly for a couple of hours might be ok. Your work life balance depends on which client you are working for. The promise of career opportunities with this company is a joke.

Pros

Most work is regional to the greater Philadelphia area Most work is focused on project management, business analysis, technology infrastructure Salaries for general staff level positions are sufficient

Cons

This regional consulting company presents itself to candidates as a caring, superior and inclusive employer. Nothing could be farther from the truth. All decisions are made by a select group of men who do not have good, ethical approaches to managing their employees, and who do not treat the people they hire with respect. Sales are managed by people who are only (repeat only) concerned with volume - not with the success of the project or the health and experience of the consultants assigned. Most engagements are not well-managed since the project managers are spread so thin and are expected to be developers or doing other tasks as well as managing the project. Women are not valued at this organization and the lack of women in senior roles in noticeable.
