      The company tends to hire people for projects as full time employees and releases them as soon as work with client dries out.

      Pros

      Some decent customers Lots of variety is possible. Recruiters are generally honest!

      Cons

      Management does not clearly communicate the company direction, if any exists. No sales staff, they are order takers. No sales development. Never received any suggestions on what technologies to learn No true technical leadership career path. Pay only fair. If you make a certain amount of money, you will have to become a manager while still being expected to bill 40/hours week.

      Not many I can think of. My manager was a great guy but he disliked the place too.
